santa cruz 45 degrees. somebody out there enjoying it already. and the fog bank in the distance there. upper 40s. santa rosa and petaluma. we are at 50 in our inland valleys and 46 in livermore. so the warmer than average weather is going to take us through wednesday, not as warm though. we're certainly going to see a return to those upper 50s at the coast. so the cooldown starts tomorrow by just a few degrees. the first day of spring we get to thursday and high pressure begins to weaken and fade away, and that allows for several wet weather systems to move through the bay area beginning on friday. so temperatures much cooler and they'll continue to drop behind the system. here it is cued up for friday. so here's the first system. and then we have another one that quickly follows. and that's going to bring snow in the sierra nevada. and we will be looking at it looks like a return to that by the time easter arrives. that's the end of the month. so definitely getting back into winter as we look forward to spring 70 today in oakland, 76 in san jose
